The Nest is an interior pendant lamp inspired by a bird’s nest. A bird’s nest is a cup-shaped form in which the bird lays its egg. It is made from a combination of mud, twigs, leaves, and feathers. It is the connection and protection between the bird and the chick.
Similar to the nest, The Nest is a light fixture that protects and nests the light. It is a dome shape, with intersections happening at multiple points and directions that create a boundary. It addresses factors such as light and efficient usage. It is used in the space as decorative. Programs used: Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Indesign, Illustrator.
